There are several interesting caves out in the west desert. Upper Cave is a 30 foot vertical rap into a very dusty but fun cave to explore. With several different winding passages and a soft dirt floor this is one of my favorite caves for some good crawls. It isn't well decorated, but definitely worth taking a few hours to visit.
Looking down from just inside the entrance.
Never get off rope while ascending or descending!
The view looking back up is one of my favorite with the triple arch in the center.
Popcorn is about the only formation in the cave.
Cavers are still digging this tunnel out in hopes of connecting up with Candlelight.
This cave is very dusty and if you have a lot of visitors with you then a dust mask might come in handy.
